“I have worked with other providers and they have not always given the allocated hours to service users. I know that Home Matters do and have great respect for their ethos in providing a recovery-based approach with service users. They take great consideration in matching staff to clients to ensure that a rapport is established. Home Matters are always honest and realistic in the support they can offer. They do not give false hope to the service user or care coordinator. If they are unable to support a particular goal they will make this clear and not accept additional hours for this”

“Highly recommended the service, stands head and shoulders above other providers deserves support”

“Home Matters have helped so many of my clients. I have been impressed with their attitude and support compared to other organisations. They actually do the work they are paid for and get good results. Patients like the staff and I get very good feedback. It is an extremely valuable resource which I highly recommend"
